SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We ship to all 50 United States.
You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) before being shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Please note: Processing time (2 business days) + delivery time (3-7 business days) = total time to receive your order.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship only within the United States (all 50 states). We do not ship internationally at this time.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
